We are a family-orientated club, sailing dinghies and catamarans on the safe waters of the beautiful Maroochy River.

We welcome those who just want to enjoy the wind and the water, as well as the more competitive sailor, while non-sailors are invited to assist in support roles - both on and off the water.

From our Clubhouse on Chambers Island, Maroochydore on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, we mostly sail the Maroochy waters between Picnic Point and the Sunshine Coast Motorway Bridge, and occasionally host Regattas on the open waters off Mooloolaba , including the Oceania and Australian Laser Masters Championships, sailed off Mooloolaba in February 2018.

We're a volunteer-run Sailing Club - run by Sailors for Sailors. Our main Activity Day is Sunday and our regular Sailing Year runs from late August to early May, with occasional days scheduled over Winter. We are a certified Discover Sailing Training Centre offering the acclaimed Tackers Program for young aspiring sailors, as well as introductory sailing for adults and teenagers. We call our introductory program “Adventure Sailing” which is run by volunteer members on fortnightly Sunday mornings. We occasionally offer Start Sailing training for over 13+ ages when time and resources permit.
